How to enrich products in bulk

To import and export Products via PCM, please follow these steps:

1. First, login into your PCM environment 

2. Click on Products left on your navigation menu

3. Click on All Products

4. On the top you will see a menu item called ‘Category filter’, click on it. (see image 1)

5. To filter the categories you want to export, click on the button ‘Filter by category’. (see image 1)

6. Select all the categories you want to include in your export file.
7. When you are happy with your selection, click the ‘Apply filter’ button. 
Now you have filtered your desired categories to export.
8. Next, click on the ‘Export’ to create the excel export file of the products you have filtered. (see image3)

A pop up appears to select your product levels and attributes.
9. Select your desired product levels/attributes and click on the ‘Export’ button. (see image 4)

After clicking the export button, you will be taken to the background tasks screen. Here you can see your requested export file in progress. Once completed you will see the status in green ‘Completed’. (see image 5).

10. Click on the ‘Details’ button to download your excel file to your PC. (see image 5).
11. Open the excel file you just exported to your PC. Here you can freely edit the attributes or enrich the products by filling out the empty fields in the sheet. (see image 6).

The following steps are required to import your new product sheet:

1. In PCM, click on Products left in your navigation menu

2. Click on All Products

3. On the top of the page, click on the button ‘Import’. (see image 7)

4. Select the file you want to import and click import.
