Introduction

Navigate to the Manage Refunds section in ORP to see a full list of order refunds (image 1). This page provides a few options for your refunds. Scroll down to learn more about sorting orders, payouts and how to create a refund.

Sort refunds

The list of refunds on the manage refunds waiting room can be sorted and filtered. Simply click on the header row located above the order list (see image 2). The list can be sorted by date modified and filtered on the refund status, e.g. new, pending, success.

Refund payouts

In the refunds waiting room, there is the possibility to tick the checkbox of a specific order. When the checkbox is marked, a dropdown menu item called ‘More actions’ will be available next to the Refund status filter button. From here you have the option to select all orders at once.

When clicking on the more actions button, a dropdown menu will appear. This allows you to payout the selected orders (image 3).
