Order overview page

On this page we will dive into the order overview page.

Order statuses

On the All orders page you will find an overview of all your orders (see image 1).

On the right side of the page you can find the statuses of the orders e.g. shipped, mixed, exported. Next to the search bar you can filter the status of orders by clicking on the “Order status” button, e.g. cancelled, the orders will be filtered and the cancelled orders will be shown.

Search for your order

If you are looking for a specific order, you can use the search bar on the top of the page. Submit your order ID in the search bar and hit the enter key. Make sure to write the entire order ID in the search bar for the right order result to appear.

You can use the search bar to search for an order by using the order ID or a client’s full name.

Filter orders by channel

You can also filter orders by channel by clicking on the Order channel dropdown and selecting the channel you would like to use to filter the orders. You can see which filter is selected on top of the screen. To delete the filter, simply click the x next to the filter name (see image 2).

Sort orders

The list of orders on the all orders page can also be sorted. Simply click on the header title of the row located above the order’s list (see image 3). The list can be sorted by Number(ID), Date and Amount(Value).
