What's New in ORP Staging

On this page you will will be updated on the latest improvements and new features in ORP Staging.

Please note: we don’t roll this out at once for all our customers at the same time. So if you don’t see this in your staging enviroment (yet), or if the printscreens looks slightly different, no worries! But feel free to ask us about it!

We created improvements on the process manager screens to make it all more efficient and easier to use.
1)The processes filter was default set to NEW > now there is no default anymore and you can select from a dropdown. You can select more than 1 filter (in process status and also select other filters) and then click apply.

2) Requested by is a new field. At the moment this will always say ‘System’, but in the future this might mention the name of the person who triggered the process.

3) When you click on ‘Extend log file’you will be able to see the first few lines of the log file. Before you had to go to details and download the file first, so this is a great improvement.

4) And one final small but nice improvement: de detail tab now opens in a new tab instead of in the same tab.

You can now easily do the channel category mapping yourself via drag & drop!

• Go to: Configuration > Channel management > Channels

• You drag your category on the left, to correct category on the right and then you see that they are linked as you see in this example with vases

• You can do this for all your categories and then save changes at once.

• If you can’t find the correct category you can easily expand (or collapse) them all

Change product category assignment in bulk via the UI

Did you add products in the wrong category? No worries, you can now add or remove products from a category.

Unassign a product from a category
When you create product you assign them to a category. Oops, in the wrong category?
You can unassign the product in that category yourself now.

We wanted to make the menu more logical for our customers so we made a few updates on the left side menu structure.
Note 31 jan 2023: this will be released to production soon!

Catalog
Here you can find all product related subjects> products, add products, hierarchy (categories), prices and stock

Operations
Here you will find all process related tasks such as: tasks, processes and business insights

Configuration
Find your product related configurations here: channel management (channels) and product management (Product types, attribute groups and definitions).

System
This gives an overview of ORP configurations: user management, scope (storefront) configurations and settings of the mapping tables.

Settings & Log out moved from the top right> to the bottom of menu on the left side
Your organisation/storefront: moved from the top right > to the top left of the menu

Login to your Staging environment and take a look around!
