Product Statuses
When opening a product in PIM, two status options will be available:
The status product attribute which can be found in the product general information section
The ORP product status, which can be found at the bottom of the page.
Product status
PIM can export products to channels such as Magento and Amazon. PIM will export products to these channels when at least one of the purchasable variant status is set to COMPLETE. Modifications on a completed product are also synced to Magento/Amazon.

The product is no longer in use, and will be ‘hidden’ from the product list page in PIM. You can find these products marked archived by filtering on status.
Status product attribute
The status product attribute is a status update for the product that will be used for Essenza’s internal usage. Whenever a product changes status, simply update the dropdown field with the appropriate status. To do this click on the edit button and navigate to the general tab at the bottom of the page, from there you will find a status menu, click and select the product attribute status (see image 5).
