Mapping tables

Mapping tables, this new functionality in ORP allows you to group values and control the mapping.

To set up your mapping tables please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your ORP environment

2. Click on configuration in the navigation menu

3. Click on Mapping tables

4. Click on + Add mapping tables button

5. Once created, click on mapping records

6. Click on + Add mapping records, here you can create your records and map them to the right channel value.

Image 2: Click on the + Add mapping table button to add a new channel mapping table. Once created click on Mapping records to create the records.

Note: After creation you are able to edit your mapping tables and records by simply clicking on the ‘edit’ button or delete them by clicking on the ‘delete’ button.
