How to add a manual shipment
First, navigate and click on Order on your navigation menu on the left side of your screen. A dropdown menu appears, here click on All orders to see a full overview of all the orders, By clicking on a specific order number ID you will be directed to the Order detail page (see image 1 and 2).
On the order detail page, scroll down to the ‘Order lines’ section, on the top right corner you will see a button named ‘Manual shipment’ click on it (see image 3).
Once clicked, a dropdown menu appears where you can select the desired Shipment quantity by clicking on the down arrow. Once selected, click on add manual shipment to complete the process (see image 4).
Under the section notes you can see that the manual shipment has been created (see image 5).
